What happened in the end of the movie Voice?

I watched the movie Voice and i dont get it. did Hyo-Jung make Young-eon kill her mother? or did Young-eon do it on her own. and same with the teacher. and who killed Cho-ah? was it Young-eon or Hyo-Jung? someone please explain this to me!
