Why is my ford ka radio not letting me put the code in?

hi i have recently had my car radio reset and i have been putting the code i have been given with the car documents and its telling me to wait 30mins, then after 30 mins it tells me to put the code in again. the serial number is M000317 I wondered if i have the wrong code and can anyone tell me what the code is?
