Who makes the sturdiest footlocker?

I'm going into the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M and they said we could bring a black footlocker for extra storage. They recommended a size of around 17' x 17' x 36' and it HAS to be black. I want to know where I can find the sturdiest one, enough to hold my weight (190 lbs) and has a lock or a place for a lock.
