I'm a sea cadet and i cant do any of the things we do and i dont no what to do about it.help?

i joined sea cadets just 2 months before christmas, so ive been there a good 6 months. i joined at the same time as 2 friends and they can do everything we do but i struggle to the the easiest things and i don't no what to do anymore, please help
