Lawn Mower will not start?

You should check your ground connection for corrosion(both ends of this wire). And don't overlook the safety switches. If you can't get the engine to "pop" when pulling the rope, it could be the ignition circuit is not activated. My mower also has an electric fuel shut-off solenoid buried in there where you can't see it.
