What can i get out of the army cadets?

Hey, Im a 14 yr old girl interested in joining the army cadet force. I am quite fit and very sporty. I would like to go into the police force or military police when older and was wondering if the army cadet force would help. What do you have to wear? What will i get out of it? and In what way will it benefit me in later life? x
