Period help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…

Hi im 13 and I am in Air Cadets this summer I am going to camp for 2 weeks and I know i will have my period with my luck it lasts a week but i am scared what if i leak on my bed ? how do i stop that like i dont leak through the pad I leak off the sides and like we have to wear uniforms so wear am i suppose to keep my tampons and pads cause i dunno if we go back to our rooms please please help I really worried about leaking
