In time between dog and wolf, did soo hyun know he gave director jung the wrong disk?

I was so confused in episode 16 of this korean drama. Soo hyun saw Mao put the disk into the safe and then Soo hyun's brother persuaded him to go get the disk and end the mission for good. When Soo hyun retrieved the disk, did he know that he had gotten the wrong one? Or had it been the right one and it just had a bomb placed in it? Did Soo hyun know that the disk was going to lead to a bomb in the end and injure Director Jung? I can't find the answer anywhere else...
