How to get a stain out of dress whites?

Sodas don't usually stain as bad as other things and normally do come out in a general wash. You can put bleach in the wash and warm water. You can also before you wash it put laundry soap on it, rub it in, let it sit for a few minutes and then rinse it out with warm water before putting it in the wash.
