How could i join army college if i think im not going to get decent grades?

i do go to army cadets as i turn 16 i wish to join the army college in harrogate and know my basic fieldcraft first aid map and compass millitary knowlodge drill and know how to handle weapons a2 simular to sa80 bt semi auto only
